My name is Sherry. I am a Type 1 diabetic.
I do not do New Year's Goals. I am doing a reset after the holiday though. Too much good food has me feeling blah.
I will be focusing on eating more vegetables, less refined carbs with more whole grain carbs, lower fat meats. I will also aim for more meatless meals through the week. I will follow the Mediterranean meal plan as much as possible. I will focus on meal planning and meal prepping to make it easier to keep the plan.

I enjoy the exercise so I have no problems with doing at least 45 minutes most days of the week. I use team body project videos especially since it is cold here right now. They have such a huge variety of videos and have programs that you can choose so you know what you are doing on a daily basis without having to think about it.

Eat three fruits and 4 vegetables a day.
Get 7 hours a sleep a night.
Reduce my stress level by taking time for me throughout the day (even if only for 2 minutes)
My Program:
Choosing healthy foods while moderating unhealthy. Deprivation is not the key to success.
Moving every hour for at least 500 steps.
Doing some kind of cardio for 10 minutes a day
