I was exercising consistently, and feeling healthy and fit at 126lbs. Then, about a year ago, an old knee injury left me couch-bound for over 2 months! The doctor told me that I have wear and tear arthritis from old sports injuries. I'm only 37! It was very frustrating! Needless to say, I never picked back up on the work out routine. I'm not sure why or how I lost my motivation...

Since then, my weight has reached 144lbs - and I'm only 5' 3". I first realized how much weight I had actually gained when my clothes were feeling snug (I was wearing a 2), and now 4s were a stretch (literally!). I asked my husband to take some "before" photos of me. They are the absolute worst photos I have EVER taken. I immediately burst into tears and made him promise to delete the files after I printed them out for my folder. But, these photos were also an undeniable wake up call. I will be posting them along side with my results in 3 months!

I worked out regularly (4-5x a week) for 5 years before the injury. I ran track, cross country and played soccer in high school. I love to hike, bike and I even enjoy exercise. Bottom line... these HORRIBLE photos were not the ME I remembered!

After reading comments from others who tried Power 90 - I'm pretty inspired by their great results. My focus is not so much "weight loss" - although I expect that will also happen - but to increase muscle strength and decrease body fat for overall health and quality of life. Consequently, my "bad" knee seems to actually do BETTER with exercise! I'm really loving Power 90 so far!

My goal is to reach 120lbs by late spring.

10 real pushups.

Work up from 6 (current) to 10 mile bike rides.

Just started Power 90. Bike rides 1-2x week.
