I coached that age group for years in basketball, we had no little girls only young ladies, had some DIV 1 players. emoticon

Probably hard to find chips these days. Factory dairies don't result in chips. Think there are a lot out here in the desert, drynest preserve them. I often wonder how old there are when I come across them because it never rains here.

Goats sound great. I hunted Fort Robinson just across line in Nebraska for more than 50 years. Will forego the Fort Rob mulies this year to prepare for elk hunting. Can't do everything or can you? Wish I could run! emoticon

Have to tell you about my partner. He had five daughters. When the eldest was 8 or 9 there was a kids track meet. Before the meet he bragged about his daughters speed, and of course on the day of the meet she was slower than slow. None of his daughters ever participated in sports thereafter. Frustrated the heck out of me. I know there were some great athletes there. But kids are not going to disappoint their parents. Never met a kid that wasn't a great athlete. Nobody can do what they can do because the Lord did not make any one else just like them. If you love to run, she will love to run, just be sure you are never disappointed, just proud. I did a handicap road race program once where the 8:00 minute miler who ran a 7:45 places ahead of the 6:00 miler who runs a 6:01.

Thanks for the comment. Did this mostly by myself. Think I worked to my limit. Never been so sore and stiff. It is always about a even bet whether I will survive one of these projects. Hope your run goes well. emoticon
