I have been Keto since January 14th, 2018. Since then, I have lost a total of 79 pounds and counting. The mini-goal that I need to accomplish is staying strict with tracking my macros. Making sure I'm hitting my Fat, protein and carb percentages. To start incorporating strength training and cardio into my week. Also, I need to get the routine down with meal prepping for the week.

I live in the Mitten state.
I love fishing, camping, spending time with my kids, gardening and crocheting.
