2. Increase upper body strength - overhead press 45 pounds by end of September, 2008.
My Program:
1. Follow South Beach Diet guidelines, track meals with Spark
2. Cardio 5/week, strength 3/wk, yoga 2/wk.
Personal Information:
Midwestern girl transplanted to Silicon Valley via Switzerland. 50+, happily married (second time around).
Other Information:
My favorite things: yoga, horseback riding, hiking, reading, art, ceramics, knitting/sewing, languages
