    Yeah, I need to stop worrying about it.

    Over the summer, I stopped tracking my food--I just didn't have the time. I didn't stop trying to eat healthy foods, but I wasn't tracking calories either. I did try to stay as active as I could given a chaotic insane schedule and the horrible heat waves, but it wasn't consistent. Unfortunately, I think I've probably started to gain weight again--not a lot, not yet, only a few pounds--but I don't want to keep going down this road.

    But trying to do it all is so frustrating.

    I've got some ideas. And surrounding myself with healthy foods so that when it's 5 pm and I'm starving I don't grab peanut M&Ms like I did today! (I'm glad I had the snack, as we didn't get dinner until after 9 pm, and peanut M&M's at least have peanuts in them, but they really aren't a healthy snack!)

    I am hoping I figure out something that works soon, though, because I need to have a routine firmly in place before the holidays hit!

    I'm glad that I'm not the only one who stresses over fitting in time to eat etc. in their day *grin* Because it's definitely something I'm stressing about--how to find time, how to make healthy choices, how to eat anywhere from 4 to 6 times a day without going over my calorie allowances and still get in the right amounts of fat, protein, and carbohydrates. And the wasted food! I feel like I waste a lot of food, because no matter how I try to plan things almost never go as planned.

    I really don't need another thing to stress about. *grin*

    It would help to find a variety of things that are healthy, easy, and keep reasonably well.

    It's definitely something I need to work on.
