Hello and welcome to my page! I'm Stacy, 28, from Pennsylvania. I have 3 elementary school age children who keep me very active, and I work full-time for a Non-Profit Organization. I've juggled and struggled on the weight front for a vast majority of my life, and I am just determined to lose weight!

OFFICIALLY A “DONE GIRL” FROM THIS MOMENT ON!!....

I AM DONE… Being exhausted by 4pm.
I AM DONE… Avoiding Pictures at all cost.
I AM DONE…Putting off all I want to do cuz of my weight.
I AM DONE…Not being able to fit into my cute clothes.
I AM DONE…Avoiding the mirror.
I AM DONE…Shopping in the big girls stores.
I AM DONE…Being afraid to go to the Movie Theater cuz of the seating.
I AM DONE…Having to request a table at restaurants.
I AM DONE…Avoiding bathing suits.
I AM DONE…Not being able to run around with my kids.
I AM DONE…Wearing oversized clothes to hide myself.
I AM DONE…Making excuses for eating right and exercising.
I AM DONE…Putting myself down.
I AM DONE...Feeling like I cannot beat this weight problem.
I AM DONE…Looking back over my shoulder at the past.
I AM DONE…Not feeling sexy.

Are to:

Cut out the soda, at least no more then 1 per day if that.

Stick to my caloric intake plan.

Lose 33-36 pounds in 6 months. (I'm starting with small goals)

Begin an Exercise Routine.

Remain Motivated

Kick this weight loss problem in the butt!!!
