I'm still trying to figure it out! I tend to do too many things at one time thinking i can do everything at once. Your body has limits and I am constantly pushing mine. I have a natural curiosity and want to try everything! I want to be healthy so I can accomplish the many things I start and never finish.

 Eat a few times a day and work out when I can.... I really need to have a more consistent work out schedule!

I am starting to favor the summer weather however, winter and fall are still my favs. I love absolutely love being outdoors. I am very playful.

    Hey! Go to www.mvm.com and click on one of the Shop icons...and then you have to sign up for one...put in all your measurements for NOW...and save it to your computer...and then go back, put in all your measurements for what you want to be...and save that one to your computer. And then use a picture system to copy and paste them both next to each other. I hope this helps!
