My Journey To Health
I have not posted for a very long time. I am renewing my commitment to my health. Although I had not completely lost focus, I have drifted. I regained 15 pounds. But that stops now. I am increasing my activity, tracking my food intake and taking care of myself. And my family.
I think my progress has been typical of many weight loss journeys that involve 100+ pounds to lose. It has not been linear. There have been highs and lows. Most importantly, there has been a overall decline ...

1. To complete my first sprint triathlon in 2017.
2. Swim 150 miles in 2016.
4. Participate in five open water swims in 2016.
5. Bike 150 miles in 2016.
6. Lose the last 50 pounds by the end of 2017.
My Program:
1. Track my food consistently.
2. Follow a ketogenic diet.
3. Rely on friends and family for support.
Personal Information:
I live in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina with my family.
