I am 44 years old. I've battled my weight since my teen years and became obese when I got pregnant at 28. My goal is to lose weight and get in shape. I need to establish and maintain a regular exercise routine, cut out junk food, and lower my daily calories. My current mantra is "keep it simple."

My Goals:
1. Reach goal weight of 135 lbs & get healthy and fit in order to be a better mother, wife, and friend.

2. Build up retirement savings

3. Work on personal relationships

My Program:
 1. Stay within my SP calorie range 6 days every week.

2. Exercise 5 days a week, include more weight training
