Just a little bit at a time...
I have been battling weight my whole life. I have gone up, I have gone down. The yo-yo'ing has got to stop. At my heaviest I topped out at 245lbs. That might not seem too bad, but I am only 5'1" tall. The best weight-loss success I have ever had was getting down to 185lbs. I am currently at 225lbs. . Goals for 2020: - Run a 5k without walking. - Drop from a size 18 to a size 12. - Drop from 225 to 175. - Drink 128 ounces of water a day. - Eat more fruits and veggies. - Hike the Long ...
