I have been at SparkPeople for quite a long time now and I think I weigh the same as the day I joined. This time, losing weight is imperative! My blood pressure is up, my A1C is slightly elevated, and I am beginning to experience a lot of other issues. I need to get down to business.
I have been at SparkPeople for quite a long time now and I think I weigh the same as the day I joined. This time, losing weight is imperative! My blood pressure is up, my A1C is slightly elevated, and I am beginning to experience a lot of other issues. I need to get down to business.

My Goals:
Obtain a weight between 170-180 pounds by my birthday in May of 2019. I am trying to be realistic and give myself plenty of time so that I can lower my blood pressure and reduce my chance of developing Type II Diabetes. Slow and steady is my new motto!

My Program:
 I was accepted by the my insurance plan's medical weight loss clinic. I have been given a reasonable meal plan, have had an in-depth lab study done, and have committed to losing the weight the correct way.
