I am a 33 years old, 4 wonderful children. Kaydenze whom is 13 years old, twin 10 year old boys, Ash and Brody, and Violet that is 4. I have been married to my husband Bob for 13. I work as a communications liaison.
My original goal was to get to my pre-baby weight after I had the twins. I have succeeded my original goal, now I am working on a healthy life style for me and my family. It took me a year to lose the weight, 60 pounds. I have realized that the weight really doesn't matter because I have changed my mentality to being strong. I want to show my kids that being healthy doesn't mean skinny. By doing this, we have become a healthy-active family. My kids are involved in youth triathlons, little league, dance, track and cross country programs in our district. Paying it person at a time!

Ways I have been strong...
Completed Spartan Race (2014)
Completed 6 Half Marathons (2014 x2, 2015 x1, 2016x2, 2017x1), Broke the 2hr mark!
Placed in my Age groups in Sprint Triathlons (2015 x 3, 2016x2!)
Finished a Half Ironman 70.3x2 (2015&2016)
Finished Full Marathon 2016

I am sticking with the 1200-1500 calorie range on a daily basis. I also try to work out for an intense 30 minutes a day.
