    Trigger point therapy, eh? It sounds like the tennis ball trick might be a good one for dealing with "knots" I sometimes get along the erector spinae muscles. Cool.

    I need to find some remedy for this nagging rotator cuff soreness though.

    I appreciate your help. You're definitely not alone as someone concerned about aches and pains on the path to better fitness.
