Congrats on your loss of last week! I saw your blog about the Chinese food and it made me laugh, I get into the same mentality thinking, oh, I'll just eat this burger & fries because I'm going to want to sometimes, but oh wait, isn't there a reason I've been eating healthy all other days?! How are your DVD workouts going? I'm really interested in the renting service you're using, it sounds like a great idea, and I'd like to know how it's working for you! The fitness DVD rental sounds like a great idea. I go to Jazzercise classes which are dance aerobics & strength training. I really like going to them, and it's nice whenever I miss a couple classes in a row, I'm welcomed back by the instructors & regulars... sometimes, I can even motivate my mom to go with me, which really makes me feel good!
My plan to get back on track is to really sit down and do some planning. I have to figure out my meal plans, grocery lists & workout scheduling for the week to keep on track (and in my budget for food), because I'm so busy, running around like crazy. I've had a really busy October with my full-time job and work on the side, plus all of the regular activities, and of course, celebrating my birthday. I'm really looking forward to getting my focus back starting tomorrow, November 1st! I've already joined a couple of November challenges, so I'm really going to work hard to stick with those for their duration. Otherwise, it's just about setting small goals and doing some planning for me! Hope today and tomorrow and this week and November and.... etc. goes well for you!

Hi Alice! It's good to hear from you again, and to see that you're back! I've been on and off track for a few weeks now too, and my birthday was this past weekend, so I fully fell out of line there. But as I'm sure you know, it's all about taking it one step at a time. I'm looking forward to this busy month to be over, and then I'm really going to get down and focus... I think what I really need to do is set some specific goals and set goal dates to achieve them, so I don't keep saying, "I'll do it tomorrow." Have you made a plan for getting back on track? If so, I'd love to hear your ideas which might help me out some! Just remember to take it one moment at a time, so you don't get overwhelmed.
