Couch to 5k.
Beginning lifting routine.
Adding more vegetables, not buying any more junk.
Personal Information:
I am currently in training to be a dietitian, but like all the rest of y'all I have trouble applying the basics for weight loss. At one point I had gotten down to below 210 lbs, which made me no longer classified as obese. This is a major goal for me. Other major goals include giving my bro a fight for his money and getting under 210 lbs by August 2018.
