Slimindown and Getting Fit!
I am 55 years old and retired. I have lost 37 pounds and have 43 more pounds to lose. In addition to losing weight, I am trying to get in better shape. I exercise daily, log all my food, journal any slips and complete SparkCoach each day.
I am trying to honor God in how I eat (not make food my idol) and I have a morning devotional time each day where I meditate on scriptures to help me make it through the day.
I welcome all who want to do this journey together and ...
