    Thanks for the comment. I don't understand. Why would your husband need to eat alone? I eat different things than my hubby or daughter at the same time they do. I eat out at restaurants and eat modified for the diet.
    I find I had to learn how to adapt the situation to the diet otherwise I won't have success in making a permanent change. If I can't fit the diet into my daily events, then there is only failure at the other end. I have commit myself to the diet and it doesn't matter if my hubby came home with chips and nacho cheese and beer.... I don't need to have that and can keep on eating what I am supposed to. I am on the other hand looking forward to maintanence phase :o) Only 70 more lbs til then.
