I just saw your post on Calorie restriction. Cool - I follow the Alternate Day Diet - which gives all those benefits and more - but you only super restrict every other day (I do MWF)

Thank you for that page you showed me. It's telling me I should stick to 1966 calories per day but I don't even know if I can accomplish that. I've been averaging around 1600! 3608 days ago
