Introduction Text I am a stay at home to my wonderful 7 year old daughter! I am looking for a place where I can get the last of the weight I gained when I was pregnant off. I do not want to hear people asking me when the baby is due anymore. I enjoy living life to the fullest and I have a positive outlook on life! i love to read a variety of books and to spend time with my very active daughter. i am now a single parent. i lost my husband last year, just two days after christmas. raising my daughter pretty much on my own ever since. i have discovered that i love to run and i make time to run every week.

I plan on working out daily. I will do strength training for three days a week. I go to the gym at least 4 days a week. I want to get stronger and to have more energy to keep up with my very active 4 and a half year old daughter.

I am taking the first step towards getting healthy by signing up with Sparkpeople. I am so glad that my friend Jessie recommended it to me. I will definitely step up my activities and become more active. Time for a fresh start, a new beginning.

I live with my daughter in southern ontario,canada and we have two pet birds.

I enjoy going to the movies, watching a variety of sports,doing arts and crafts,going for long walks and spending time with friends and family.
