 Get 8 hrs. of sleep

Drink 8 glasses of water per day.

Track food intake daily.


Personal Information:
I am a 50+ wife and mom of two daughters. I work as an IT director at a small consulting company.

 I love sewing, reading, tech gadgets of all kinds, jazz, and working out.
