A bit about me... I have been overweight most of my life. As a teenager, I was simply overweight. As an adult, I am classified as obese. I thought that label would kick me into overdrive and really get me motivated to lose weight; unfortunately, that has not been the case. My weaknesses include procrastination and low tolerance for distress. My strengths, however, include being determined and passionate. I am slowly learning how to use these qualities to my advantage and am now looking to using them to help me lose weight. I have conquered other battles in my life and look forward to conquering this one as well on my own unique journey!

1. To weigh under 200 pounds.

Overall Goals:
I will weigh 150 pounds or what feels "right" when I get there.
I will feel more confident and have higher self esteem.
I will feel physically comfortable playing and traveling.
I will successfully experience life outside of my comfort zone and incorporate play into my life.
I will treat my body like a temple rather than a trash can.


My Program:
Black Panther Fall Steps to Action:
1. Plan meals.
2. Eat 2+ servings of vegetables on at least 5 days of the week.
3. Sleep 8-9 hours a night.
4. Do 10+ minutes of cardio at least 5 days of the week.
