UPDATE 11/9/12- I had a sweet baby girl on 9/26/12 and her name is Cora. I am soo grateful God blessed me with a tiny life to care for and I am very much enjoying being a mommy :-) I am however very much not enjoying the consequences of the poor nutritional decisions I made all throughout my pregnancy . I am in a size 14 jeans and really am not wanting to post any pics but I would love to get back looking the way I do in my profile picture ! I have been planning my meals starting this week and getting back into hiking at least twice a week now just need to get in my strength training. I have a gym membership and if I don't have time I have weights and workout dvds here at home ! I can't wait to get back into shape !
i have been sober for 4 years and 4 months now. during my first year of sobriety i gained about 10 pounds.this last year has been a bittersweet journey.i tried the hcg diet and it set off an imprisoning obsession with binge eating disorder! it was horrible. i enrolled myself in a 5 month intensive outpatient and finished as of july 22nd 2010. it taught me a lot of lessons and gave me a new outlook on myself and others . it brought me to my knees and i feared for my sanity and my was the most difficult and humbling thing i have ever gone through.the gifts i have recieved from this experience are many! i am on the other side thanks to god and my friends and a lot of honesty perseverance and hard work.i feel like a million bucks and feeling healthy inside and out. i did start smoking again though after 11 months and am praying for the obsession to be removed from me every night and day. try i am 5'4 and would love to be 130.for now just going to appreciate each pound as it comes off.

My Goals:
i would like to learn to eat to live not live to eat.have a healthy attitude towards food and not regain the weight after i lose it.9/22/10 ...well that goal is not going to happen and frankly my goal now and top priorority is being mentally and spiritually fit, for when i am these two things my physical fitness happens naturally (not effortlessly though!i do my part)but i do not want to obsess .

My Program:
eating more of what i like more often so i dont binge anymore. letting go completely and letting my higher power be in charge of my mind and my body. tracking calories and being accountable to myself and my with my trainer for an hour 2 times a week and work out on my own 2 or 3 times .sometimes I hike sometimes I hit some card at the gym and sometimes I do a workout DVD.variety is key and also keeping my body guessing a a fellow sparked of mine says.
