Gettin' Fit for Flying
I'm 28 this year and my scale just read MAX like some horrible sitcom joke.
Let's change at least one of those two things.
First off, I need to be healthier so I can live better. But I also want to lose the weight so I can fly to Australia comfortably!
My 'short' term goal is to lose about 50lb by July. The long-term goal is more like 180lb, which seems like a huge number but I'm just going to take it day by day (that's the only way I CAN take it, really). ...

Honestly I'd just be happy to be in the 100's! Even if it's 190!
I know that the more weight I lose, the more I'll be able to do. So I'm aiming to hit a healthy weight by the time I'm 30!
