My Goals:
~ Everyday do something active.
~ Get in control of my snacking, make positive choices.
~ Go with the flow and know there will be ups and downs.
My Program:
~ Track my calories
~ Consuming between 1200-1550 cal. a day.
~ Drinking lots of water.
~ No food after 8 p.m. only water or tea
~ Cardio : Interval run/walking, stationary bike, videos, jump rope & yoga........
~ Weight training: Jackie Warner's Power Circuit Training
~ Taking fish oil capsules, and multi-vit. daily.
~ Getting quality sleep.
~ Being kind to myself.

My name is Jaime I'm 35 years old, and I'm a wife, and stay at home mother, of three small children. We are a dairy farm family in Wisconsin.
I love camping and being in nature. I love beautiful sunrises and sunsets. I love looking at the moon and the stars on a clear country night. I also love my husband and my babies more than anything in this world!
