I am here again. Starting all over, again.

I QUIT SMOKING!!!!! :D

I have had some major health problems, and it has been since November 12th, 2014 since my last surgery. I am starting to feel like myself again.

I have gained an unhealthy amount of weight, again.
I am back to force myself to get back into shape, once again.

I lost my beautiful Grammy, November 15th, 2015.
I miss her terribly. She meant everything to me.
So I am doing this, at least in part, for her.

I have some main goals!

1. Lose 81 pounds.
2. Fit into my size 6 pants again. (Size 15 now!)
3. Change my wardrobe so I can stop feeling so frumpy!
4. Be prepared for survival training/camping.
5. Be fit enough to start building our eco-friendly, off the grid, sustainable house and my studio!
6. Feel great, look great, and be healthy!
7. Feel sexy for my husband again! ;)

Over the last few years, life has been a struggle. In many ways.
Even through the struggles, I have managed to obtain some of my major goals!

I work for myself. I am growing my business. I have my husband as a business partner. We are so very fortunate for this opportunity!
I love having him with me daily. My son is so much happier. We can be a family again, instead of roommates.

I am ready to start my life again. I am ready to live, and to feel like myself again.
I am ready for this challenge!

My Goals:
To lose 81 lbs.
To gain confidence and comfort.
To be able to build our house and studio with our bare hands.
To fit into my old (expensive and barely worn) clothes, again!
To be excited to go clothes shopping and not feel miserable.
To have the energy to keep going and not feel drained all the time.


My Program:
Starting off slowly by starting to watch what I eat, how much I eat, and to stick to my weekly budget for monetary reasons!

Starting May 2nd, going to the gym every Monday-Friday.

Biking as often as possible this spring/summer/fall.

Swimming every Tuesday and Friday.

Hiking, camping, and generally getting out of the house.

Starting and finishing the couch to 5k program in 2016.
Both indoor and outdoor.
