continuing on the Journey



Joined Spark people Jan 14 2012 scales 210 seven years ago today 1/8 2019 the scales now stops at 145 ! my goal is to stay between 135 to 140
My victory I have never left Spark wanted to toss in the towel several decide to deal with the road side rest stops put my big girl pants on . Dust my self and get moving one day at time
I have not let the scales return to the 210 pounds my starting weight . so never thought of road block as starting over . just ...

    Good morning Fran, thank you for all the goodies and cookie. Having it right now with some coffee. Nice clear walk this morning, not too cold. Was cloudy for the last part of our trip. Nice for the first part though.
    Oh no, sorry about the stove. I bet you will like your new stove. You can start cooking those cookies soon. We need a new stove, ours does not work right, we have an old wall oven. Thanks for the tip about Whirlpool being made in USA I will look at those. I always clean my ovens myself, never uses those cleaning things in the oven. Let us know how you like it.
    Still recovering, but I did take lots of pictures, will try to load them soon. The pups were so happy to see us. They were well taken care of, but Penny looks like she ate too much. emoticon Happy to be home and no more driving.
