Have you ever wanted to take yourself, break yourself, and put all the pieces back together differently?

Its a lot harder than it sounds.

My highest weight ever was 317 lbs in January of 2011. I'd like to go the other direction.

But there are so many other things I want to change...

My Goals:
I would like to be healthier, and lose weight for fertility reasons.

I don't want to be stick thin - but I want to be able to do more things, fit more places, and be more comfortable.

My Program:
 Stay within recommended calories.

Decrease Sodium Intake

Increase Exercise
