My goals are to improve my health and the quality of my life.

 To have more days with good choices than with poor choices.


Personal Information:
Married to a retired Seabee. Returned to school to finish my education when he retired. I'm a late bloomer, but better late than never. I teach special education middle school math and English (now retired).

Other Information:
 Special educator for 21 years. My students teach me more than I can ever teach them!
