Hi Cindi...good to see you drop my page. Well let's be truthful...it brought a smile to me face to see an old pal.
I see your status from 5 days ago that the weight is coming off. That's great. Slow is good!
So what have you been doing to help you get the weight off? Did you join a team of some sort? For me I was so stagnant...on of my spark buddies that I text too said I needed to get back to counting cals. It really does make a difference even though sometimes it's a real pain in the butt. BUT I'd rather have a pain in the butt than a bigger one...lol Oh brother...my jokes haven't improved any. I also joined Done Being the Fat Girl. I like the challenges and it just keeps me accountable.

Use the site daily and be consistent with your food tracking and exercise: Calorie deficits are necessary for weight loss and exercise is for general fitness and yes, you must have both.
