    Its funny you should mention taking the cats for a walk--I dragged my lazy butt out this morning for a run and realized how funny I must look because I have a kitty that follows me like a dog--she is mostly feral but since we had her trapped and spayed she sticks around a lot more. It is so cute running down the road with her running beside me :)

    BTW is that a picture of you dancing? So very beautiful!!

    Thank you SO MUCH for all of the support on my blog! You gave me SO MUCH GOOD INFO! I am amazed, thank you thank you thank you!

    I have been thinking of finding a way to sign myself up for like a dance class somewhere that takes attendance. That way I will have an "appointment" scheduled where I am held accountable and feel motivated to show up. It will also give me a good reason to give my work - "Sorry, I have an obligation" versus ... oh, I can skip a run, no big deal. Makes sense!

    Hi :) Thanks for the comment. Holy crap how scary is passing out after getting off the treadmill! I'm not certain the cool down is my problem I always walk quite a bit before stretching and I have a bit of a bike ride (an easy one though) home from the track I don't tend to get light headed until around lunch time. I think my problem is not eating enough. I don't know if it's not eating enough before (because I can't run with food in my stomach) or if it's not eating enough after I generally have a smoothie when I get home. I've been trying to tweak it and I've upped my calorie intake a little. Tomorrow is a running day so I will see how I feel with the calorie increase :) thanks for stopping by and looking out for me though I will pay attention to my cool down as well :) Have a great evening!

    Thanks for stopping by my blog! I wish I were a "lucky one" as well, to need only 6 hours of sleep... but alas, not the case! However, one or two nights until I actually get sleepy at 9pm, and it's a quick reset to my circadian rhythm, so not too shabby! I think tonight is the night... 9- 5... just perfect!
