Build it up work it off!
I started this journey September 2010 @ 220 pounds. I had enough of feeling the way I did about myself. My orignal goal was to get down to pre baby weight. I started going to the gym three days a week and doing 1hr strength training and 30 min cardio. I then started running on my off days. The first of the year I started working with a trainer and striving to run my first 5K. I have now ran two 5k's and am currently following Jamie Eason's livefit trainer.
