Love your body, it is the only one you get in this life


Im 21 years old and am currently attending Suny Orange, in Orange County NY. I came to sparks in hopes to lose 30 pounds, so far it has been tough, but I am going to continue with it. I am trying to over come my eating dissorder, which includes restricting calories, binge eating, and purging. I am determined to do this the healthy way! Diet and exercise is what is is all about, .. and dont forget about portion control!

Fitness Minutes: 882

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 30 pounds within the year. I want to overcome my eating dissorder. I want to love my body because I worked hard at achieving it, and that will only come from hard work.

My Program:
 I am trying stay between 1200-1500 calories a day and exercising at least 30 mins 3 times a week and strength training at least 2 times a week. I am trying to drink 8 glasses of water a day. I never knew how little water I drank untill I joined this site.


Personal Information:
I am from upstate new york. I was really into fitness and wating healthy untill a while ago when I just hit a wall and lost all motivation..but Im trying to get back into it again. I have a really bad sweet tooth, and I don't eat meat. Im not a vegetarian because I eat fish.

Other Information:
 I love animals!! I love art, drawing, painting, and doing crafts. I love to be outside and I absolutly love the beach. I love camping and road trips, swimming, and friends!!

The important thing here is not what your gift is as much as that you develop it so that you can share it with those around you and in the process further your own personal life!...
