    Good morning! Staying on track can be difficult... especially with depression thrown into the mix! However, as someone who struggles with bipolar, I can tell you that it gets better. New, healthy habits can help ease symptoms to some degree.The longer you go on, the stronger these habits become and the more they alleviate some of your symptoms. For most people, lifestyle changes alone don't keep mental health issues entirely under control, but it helps a whole lot!
