Introduction Text Hi everyone! I am a professional multi-tasker. :) I am a wife, mother of 3, work full time AND part time. But I have recently come to the realization that in addition to all of that, I have to make ME a priority as well. And I am. I have found that instead of taking time away from all my obligations, it provides energy for them and allows me to make a better use of my time. I am becoming a runner. I don't feel quite comfortable yet claiming to be a runner but that will come in time. I am running on the treadmill 3x a week, increasing my time/distance by a little here & there. As of 10/23/10, I am up to 2 miles in 25 minutes. Ultimately I will work on speed and even running outside. I am eating in a modified calorie range of ~1500 per day, and I hope ultimately to lose some weight and even tone up.

Powder Springs Polar Bear Run: 2 mile run Dec. 11th, 2010 Publix Atlanta 1/2 Marathon: Walk in 3 Hrs Mar. 20th, 2010

Run 3x a week, Walk 3x a week including one long walk

Live in Kennesaw. Work in Marietta.
