I am super fit, not super skinny!


I am struggling still with getting my weight down, but also struggle to accept that I have a healthy body fat 24%. But I want more. I must work if I want it! For me it is so emotional! My body is strong but working on getting my mind strong too. My littlest is very difficult and I find myself stress eating way too often. Looking to work on me inside out.
