My Goals:
working on finding balance, holistic health and well-being ...
- 1st BIG GOAL: get out of the "obese" category (bmi) and into the "overweight" category = 195lbs
- 2nd big goal: get into the "normal" weight category = 164lbs
- 3rd big goal: achieve goal weight = 140lbs
- keep showing up at CrossFit 3x/wk, even when I don't feel like it.
- move more (especially dancing)
- go to bed earlier (I've been getting better at this, especially considering that sleep is a major issue for me)
- wake up earlier to be more productive instead of working at night
- practice self-care and make myself and my health a priority

- eating right
- carb + calorie cycling
- CrossFit 3x/wk
