Introduction Text The next 2 years are going to be the most physically demanding years of my entire life as I prepare for my black sash in Kajukenbo, and I need to be in good shape. I've been "the big girl" my whole life, and it's time for that to change. I don't want to be the last one picked for sports teams anymore, or the one that everybody has to make exceptions for.

Wear size 8 clothes, be able to do pull-ups, become a Parkour traceuse, do 100 pushups non-stop, earn my brown/black Kajukenbo sash.

I'm tracking calories, trying to keep everything under 1500. My diet is non-processed, low-sugar, and moving from refined carbs to more natural/complex carbs. I'm still doing martial arts 6 days a week, and working my way through the 100 Pushup program. But the biggest thing of all? MINDSET! I'm going to constantly remind my body that it is losing the fat.
