Sorry to belatedly read you had reinjured your leg. Rehab is critical to recovery and use. Do it all and then some more. We miss you on the North East Arkansas Team. 2506 days ago
Just cruising through leaving everyone with some motivational thoughts for today:

“Believe in yourself! Have faith in your abilities! Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy.” ~ Norman Vincent Peale

Wow, I haven't heard of Ingress until you mentioned it in one of your posts. I had to look it up online. Sounds interesting! Does it only work in a city environment? 2768 days ago

Hey just want to say I can relate to the frustrations of limitations due to injury and the chlorine allergy! I swim in an outdoor pool for rehab and I have breakouts of hives and rashes etc periodically especially if I swim in direct sunlight...and my face gets all crusty and blotchy. I have been 18 months rehabbing a calf tear and just succumbed to another set back after walking normally and being on my feet more. Previously I was hiking/walking about 3 to 5 miles a day and want so badly to get back to nature~! 2784 days ago
