Introduction Text Wisdom comes in many forms. One does not have to be aged to be wise. Ask a 3 year old, there is so much wisdom in the innocence of youth. Wisdom could be called experience unless the experiences are not used as lessons learned, as stepping stones to a better understanding of who we are or who those around us are. Acceptance is part of wisdom. To accept another for themselves without the desire to change them is wisdom. To accept does not mean to change to fit their belifs, it just means to allow others to believe what they chose without predjudice. This is wisdom. Love and light to all who read this and those who don't.

Too release enough extra poundage to ba able to walk up stairs without help. To become healthy enough that it is okay to eat that occasional cookie.

Eating less but more often. walking the cat longer. finding exercises I can do and then do them. increasing my exercise and walking times gradually. Not buying a candy bar everytime I go out.

One of my friends is a satanist...mush different that I expected it was..afew of my friends anre athiests..many are christains as well. For the most part I have been having this really awesome love affair....... with life.
