HI! I am Karen. I am in that 60+ group...thank goodness that age is just a number :) I have three awesome children and 4 amazing grandchildren I have been on the weight roller coaster forever and a day. However, I have decided to own this issue... I will do it. There are so many inspiring posts on SP I know I can do this!!!
