Introduction Text Hello and welcome to my Spark page! My name is Stephanie, and I'm a work-at-home mom (author and freelance writer). I've been married 25 years to my best friend and we have two grown children, who are the light of my life. I'm a food addict on the road to recovery through a healthy lifestyle change. I'm starting at my highest recorded weight of 364 pounds, and I'm on a quest to become the healthy wife, mother, and grandmother my family deserves. I hope you'll consider adding me as a friend, so we can encourage each other.

* Lose 180 pounds. * Shop in a normal-sized clothing store. * Participate in a JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) Walk, in honor of my son, who was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes on March 24th, 2012. * Return to Walt Disney World 100+ pounds lighter.

* Stay within my target calorie range. * Avoid soda, sweet tea, desserts, and other refined sugar products. * Drink at least 32-48 ounces of water every day.
