I am a Daughter, Sister, Wife & Mother. I married my High School Sweet Heart in June, 1980, we were blessed with 2 wonderful children who are now adults. My husband is disabled and I work full time, so let’s say I don’t get much time for me. I enjoy reading, doing crafts such as knitting, crocheting, cooking, collecting cook books and addicted to Pinterest. But my new obsession is meal planning, let's hope this will keep me on track. I really do try but it’s so darn hard, but when you have a busy crazy life sometime it’s just much easier to go and grab the unhealthy meal. Here is to starting on track with a plan.

Fitness Minutes: 722

My Goals:
1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
2. Get in my Fruits & Veggies everyday.
3. Try and get in at least a 10 min walks 5 days a week

My Program:
Weight Watchers is the plan for me as this is were I have had the best success. I do much better when I am actually going in and attending the meetings. But not always possible. I have always thought this I have gone back to WW but do not like this new program they are using I feel you get way way way to much.

Personal Information:
I live just out side of Ann Arbor, MI. I have been in this area my entire life. I am the the youngest of 6 children. My brother & oldest sister have passed away.

Other Information:
When I am having a rough time I resite this:

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.
