Food is an addiction, like alcohol, cigarettes, etc. I want to eat to live, not live to eat! I'm a great preacher but to use my own advice is a different story. Right now I'm looking to help others, but I want someone to help me. We all need to be accountable. Being a mom, I find I am so often doing for others and not for myself. If I have to report my progress to someone on a regular basis will help....it has to.
