Today is MY day! My weight loss struggle began nearly 6 years ago, when I gave birth to my oldest daughter in Sept 2011. I was 18 at the time, and figured the 60lbs I gained during pregnancy would shed itself off. I was extremely naive. Although I did lose 40lbs, I was pregnant again at the age of 19 and gained 20lbs the second time. On top of having babies, life's stresses got ahold of me. And I turned to food to cope. Then, it turned to bored eating. A habit that I'm doing the best I can to ...

Then, it turned to bored eating. A habit that I'm doing the best I can to kick. My start weight is 185. My goal weight is 135. And it all starts with one step!
