Runner's Return
I used to run XC and track in high school and it helped to keep me in shape. Now after three years of college and minimal exercise, I want to get back into a healthy routine of not only running, but weight-lifting and healthy eating.

My Goals:
I would like to loose a couple pounds before I begin to gain some muscle to tone my body into the perfects runner's body. I want to be able to put up sub-18 min. 5k times again like I used to do in high school.
My Program:
I am trying to eat right and get lots of exercise. I want to run more and begin weight-lifting and muscle building
Personal Information:
I go to college and want to try to fit in proper exercise and healthy eating into my everyday life
