Weight Loss:
1) 5%= 199.5 (First Weight Goal)
2) 10%= 189
3) 15%=178.5 (Second Weight Goal)
4) 20%=168
5) 25%=157.5 (Third Goal Weight)
6) 30%=147
7) 35%=136.5 (Kidding, it will never happen)
-Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day

My Program:
1) 30 -45 mins of cardio/toning min. 3x/week
2) 30 mins strength training 2x/week
3)10 mins of relaxation before bed every night

Personal Information:
Have been a single mom since 1995. Two adult "boys".One still live at home as he is in university. Number 2 son has moved out and is still trying to figure out his life direction. I love to read. I was passionate about my job until January of 2018 when changes were forced upon us at work. I am now doing I job I don't love and I see only as a paycheque. That makes me sad. I still do the best I can do under the circumstances but it's different now. I love to travel, and in November of 2013, I was lucky enough to take a trip I've wanted to take since I was in my 20's. I visited Tanzania and Zanzibar! I would love my next big trip to be either an Amazon River Cruise or Morocco. I am also lucky enough to escape the cold every winter for a 1 or 2 week vacation south, on a beach. Did I mention I have a cat? He's 18 but thinks he's a little younger.

Other Information:
I love reading. Favourite authors: Patricia Cornwell, Tami Hoag, Michael Connelly to name a few. I read just about anything I can get my hands on.
Music: classic rock to jazz. Still can't learn to love classical.
Movies: You've Got Mail: Sleepless In Seattle; Hope Floats; Sweet Home Alabama; The Austin Powers Movies; The Mummy & Mummy Returns; .....geez, I could go on and on.
I enjoy knitting.
I do cross stitch
I love photography (maybe someday I'll be able to take a course of some type)
I spend too much time at the computer. Need to work on that.
