Hello,
I am going to come back to sparkpeople site again. I have gained weight once again and want to stop this. The site has changed so have to learn it all over again. Since I've been gone, I've learned alittle more about computers. I sure do need help. Everyone was so wonderful the last time I was here. Please help me....

My Goals:
To get down to a healthy weight.


My Program:
 1. Read my Bible everyday.
2. Eat health.
3. work out an hour, 5 days a week.
4. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.


Personal Information:
I live in Chemung, New York. Its beautiful country..
Linda is my name and I am 60 years old..
I now have a great Grandson. I want to be able to run and play with my 5 Grandchildren.

Other Information:
 I love to read and spend time with my Grandchildren.. Also love to go fishing with my Husband...
