fit for 40 & beyond
As I am eying my 40th birthday and have began my education for a new career as an RN the glaring issues of my own health problems have been placed smack in front of me. I do not want to be in poor health and overweight for the rest of my life . Or be a poor example to my daughter. I want to be active and take advantage of many of the beautiful places we vacation for hiking and more than just pool lounging!

Goal #3 Get to 275
Goal #4 Get to 249.
Goal #5 Get to 225
Goal #6 gt to 200 by September1
Goal #7 Reach 175- go to Hawaii!
Goal #8 have another baby.
My Program:
Doing medifast Program through my doctor. Started on April 5, 2010. as of June 1,2010 I have already lost 30 pounds!

I used to have a life before Someone introduced me to Facebook.
I Love nutrition Info & Health Facts- they motivate me to change!
I dig going Low Carb- Can you say you made a zucchini crust pizza and it was awesome? I can!

Nurses- we keep Doctor's from Killing you!
