Introduction Text Hello im Susan and im 57 years old,have been married 40 years,have 4 daughters,11 Grands,6 Great Grands.plus 1 on the way.I hope to learn alot more about myself.I woke up one day and truly looked at my reflection,seeing my Fat,and deciding to love myself was where I began.My self control is not so high but I'm proud.I have found self love and appreciate myself for the kind loving person I am! We all deserve alot of extra chances in this world.I am glad to have more chances myself!! I have gotten very ill in the last few months unable to do much exercise and got really depressed about it and turned once again to food. I am now diabetic but I'm working hard to lose 64 pounds I've got to get healthy because I have no choice with all the people supporting me

Get healthy,lose weight,get off all these meds again, stop couch sitting and live a longer life

walking,jog,lifting light weights,treadmill, elliptical hiking and biking

I am from St.Roberts,Missouri but live in Texas.Someday We hope to move to a milder climate.

I am human and have regained a lot of weight I worked hard to lose.I am doing this journey for ME!
